Understanding Branch Assignments
Staff assignments control which branches team members can access and operate in:

Step 1: Assign During Invitation
The easiest way to assign staff is during the invitation process:

Open team member invitation
Go to Business Settings → Team Members → Invite

Enter email and select role
Choose Manager, Sales Staff, or Viewer

Select branch assignments
Check the boxes for branches they should access

Send invitation
They'll receive access to only their assigned branches
Step 2: Modify Existing Assignments
You can change branch assignments for existing team members:

Navigate to Business Settings → Team Members

Click on team member name
This opens their profile and permissions page

Check or uncheck branches as needed

Yes, you can modify branch assignments at any time. Changes take effect immediately and the staff member will see their new branch access options.
What happens to their existing data?
When you remove branch access, their historical sales and activities remain in the system for reporting purposes, but they can no longer access that branch's current operations.
Can staff see other branches' data?
No, staff can only see data from branches they're assigned to. This ensures data privacy and security between different business locations.
